RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large organisation in the FMCG Retail industry to recruit a TEMP PAYROLL MANAGER, 7 months – February (maybe sooner) to August 2021 to be based at their offices in Durban North – approximately R25000 - R30000.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DOING BUSINESS IN THE ZULULAND AREA FOR OVER THREE GENERATIONS AND HAS GROWN INTO AN ORGANISATION THAT NOW EMPLOY MORE THAN 1 000 PEOPLE.

Applicants should be/have the following:

A payroll certificate or qualification
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Able to handle a payroll of about 1500 staff
Able to take on challenges (It is an extensive role with many exceptions and anomalies of pay
Experience working on VIP Premiere and utilising the HRPM time and attendance system

Responsibilities:

• End to End processing of all payrolls (25)
• Medical Aid and Provident Fund end to end processing
• Liaising with staff and managers regarding payroll queries
• Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
• Third Party payments and reconciliations
• Assisting Finance with month end consolidations
• Administration of Super Cards
• Preparation of payroll related reports and summaries
• Head Count for Board Packs
• Loading of salaries and third-party payments onto Fihrst
• Administration of loans
• Year End for Auditors and PAYE
• Annual Return of Earnings Submissions
• SARS Submissions
• Uploading of payslips and IRP5's onto ESS
• Assisting with Momentum death claims and Withdrawals
• Confirmation letters of employment

Remuneration:

25k-30K Salary per month
