Requirements
? NN Diploma / National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Eng./ Industrial Eng. / Mechanical Eng./ Mechatronics Eng./ Production Management / Operations Management
? Minimum 2 years Product / Process Planning experience in a production environment

• Be a self-starter with a continuous drive to identify opportunities
• Good communication skills
• Be a strong team player
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Be proficient in the German language
• Knowledge of Process and Industrial Engineering tools i.e. MTM Analysis and Ergonomic studies
• Knowledge of product change management systems
• Previous process audit experience
