A leading Civil Construction Company in Wellington is looking to appoint a Tenderer to compile tender documents to the local municipal and provincial authorities. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge and experience of civil services, development of infrastructure as well as sizeable pipelines.

Knowledge and experience of Programming (MS Projects) as well as Tender software (CCS or similar)

Attention to detail is required as well as independent functioning under pressurized circumstances.

Effective management in terms of Planning, Administration, Costs and Time spent.

Very good negotiation skills are required.

Needs to have good interpersonal relations skills to maintain sound relations with clients.

A stable personality is required.

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is essential.

3 to 5 years on-site experience required.

At least 5 years tender experience.
