Requirements:
• Matric (essential)
• Clear ITC and criminal record (essential)
• Minimum 1 year Debt Review experience (essential)
• An understanding of over-indebtedness and the debt review process
• Ability to understand, interpret and analyze proposals
• Experience in working on a dialler in a call center environment
• Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong communicative, writing and drafting skills
• Familiar with the NCR and NCA legislation
• Ability to reinstate accounts

Duties:
• Effectively liaising and negotiating with clients, creditors, and attorneys if required
• Managing and minimizing payment, distribution and administrative errors on client files
• Account and client reinstatement
• Liaising with creditors for payment arrangements
• Formulating fresh payment plans and identifying errors in accounts
• Negotiating with attorneys and creditors whilst following up on outstanding payments
• Conducting investigations and reviews on client accounts when required
• Assisting with NCR investigations where required
