Our client based in Pietermaritzburg are currently looking for an Individual with either a BSC Electrical Engineering, HND in Electrical Engineering (Heavy current) or Mechanical Engineer to join there Cotton Mill to assist in there Engineering & Production Department

The ideal candidate will need to have :

• Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
• 8 -10 years’ experience in Textile (Cotton) Spinning industrial environment
• Excellent Communication skills both Verbal and written
• Proven Management ability and management of staff complement of 20 employees
• Proven experience in electronics
• Exposure to AC/DC drives, PLC’s, Relays Reticulation systems
• Exposure to Industrial Air Systems
• Familiar with Pragma Maintenance system
• Interpreting and analysing statistical information
• Must be Computer literate
• Project management experience
• Development of staff Experience
• Lean Six Sigma qualification/WCM and continuous improvement
• Health and Safety legislation and compliance
