THEATRE MANAGER

MUST BE A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL NURSE WITH MANAGEMENT AND THEATRE DIPLOMA AND PRIVATE HOSPITAL THEATRE MANAGER EXPERIENCE.

Employment: Permanent
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Basic Salary: R 50 000 – R 55 000 Basic + Benefits.

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be Registered with SANC as Professional Nurse – please supply registration number upon application.
• MUST have a Management Diploma – please supply copy of diploma together with your CV upon application
• MUST have a Theatre Technique Diploma – please supply copy of diploma together with your CV upon application
• MUST have previous experience as a Theatre Manager and a Manager in a Private hospital environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Deliver a high standard of quality service to the customers
• Accuracy and integrity working with other staff members
• Identify training shortcomings and implement solutions
• Promote and carry out the image of the hospital in a professional manner
• Keeping abreast with developments in relevant technology and optimal utilization there off.
• Prepared to work as part of a team within an existing framework
• Must be able to work full days and overtime as required by Management.
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under high pressure.
