• Time study throughout the factory on different styles and operations
• Providing feedback on daily production figures in all departments
• Identifying any problematic area that is affecting our production in the factory
• Supervise and monitor the staff in sewing to ensure our targets are met and standards are maintained.
• Assist in line balancing in each department
• Administration with regards to staff
• Healthy and safety maintenance
• Cleanliness & Housekeeping
• Receive and execute weekly production schedule
• Where necessary assist in other departments
