This is a full-time on-site role for a Toolroom Foreperson located in Cape Town. The Toolroom Foreperson will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory and supplies, coordinating with maintenance teams, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of the toolroom.

Responsibilities:
• Manufacture & maintain production tooling
• Regular quality checks
• Supervise department and meetings

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Red Seal: Toolmaker / Jig and Dye maker (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years’ experience
• Able to read and design from drawings
• Knowledge and experience with milling machines, lathes, hand tools
• Knowledge of various materials used in the manufacture process
• Knowledge and experience with ISO and H & S
• Sound planning, organising, leading and controlling skills
• Proven supervisory skills
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good attendance records
• Ale to work over-time from time-to-time
• Able to work night shift
