Trade Mark Secretary
Brief description of the position:
We have a vacant position for a skilled Secretary to assist the Trade Mark Director in the management of her practice and to ensure that clients’ work is completed at a high standard within strict time frames.

The duties and responsibilities of the Trade Mark Secretary will include, but not be limited to:
Invoicing and compilation of quotes
Trademark filing, prosecution and litigation
Correspondence with clients
File management and administration
Diary and meeting management
Trademark searches and applications
Assistance in the day to day running of the practice

The following skills and experience is required:
Minimum 5 years working experience as a legal secretary.
Fully computer literate on Ms Office (Knowledge of Patricia will be advantageous).
Knowledge and understanding of Trade Marks a must.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, administrative skills and fast and accurate typing skills.
Must be able to multi-task, able to work independently, must be organized and hardworking.
Ability to apply your mind
Good team player and open to new ideas
Able to maintain an orderly working environment
Punctual, committed and reliable
Target driven
Good work ethics
