Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Trade Sales Supervisor to Manage Telesales Consultants. Previous experience within the Cleaning and Hygiene industry is essential.

Requirements
Must be sales orientated and target driven
Proven experience as a Telesales / Trade Sales Supervisor and or other Sales/Customer Service Supervision role
Tracking record of Consultants and Representatives successfully meeting sales quota
Must be computer literate
Knowledge of products and services, industry related essential
Excellent knowledge of English and Afrikaans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to deal with customer queries and complaints
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
