Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• BTech/BSc/BEng (Civil/Transportation Engineer)
• Postgraduate Qualification (advantageous)
• Project Management qualification (Advantageous)
• Professional Registration with ECSA/relevant professional body
• At least 10 years relevant experience
