An FMCG company is looking for Trainee Managers for their stores in and around Roodepoort/ West Rand.

Leanership training program for 1 year to be trained as a Trainee Manager, then afterwards you be allocated a Store Manager.
Do you have a passion for FMCG Retail environment? Our client; one of the largest FMCG Retailers in the country is looking for Trainee Managers to help manage their stores. If you are ready to meet the next challenge in your career, then this position is for you. Position based in the West Rand
• Managing the store and all aspects of it
• Scheduling and assigning employees
• Drive all KPI’s and achieve set objectives in each
• Lead, motivate, inspire, and performance manage staff
• Visual and housekeeping
• Manage and control losses and all budgets and expenses
• Assistant management with overseeing following departments (Perishables, Fresh Food, Bakery, Butchery, Fruits, and Vegetables)
• Stock management
• Health and safety
•

Matric (non-negotiable)
• 1-2 years experience in either FMCG or Retail
• Valid driver’s license, own car (non-negotiable)
