Seeking Sales Agents for a long-term position. All Sales Agents will start as TSA (Trainee Sales Agent). The TSA is a position for younger sales candidates to develop their skills and learn the industry prior to becoming a Sales Agent / Franchise Owner.

A TSA will learn all aspects of the sales and production cycle and maintaining client relationships. The right candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with current clients as well as independently pursuing new business development in the future. This is an ideal position for someone who has the confidence, intelligence, and drive to become a Franchise Owner in an exciting field.

Working under the mentorship of Trainer management, the TSA will begin with a training and educational phase. Then they will progress to becoming a trainer. TSA responsibilities will evolve into broader tasks and growing their business. While not all TSAs move on to be Sales Agents, the TSA program is intended to last approximately one-to-two years and the high performers then transition to the Franchise Owner role.
