Your role will be to plan the training strategy and contribute to the overall organization business objectives. This role manages the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programs whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning in small groups, coaching and mentoring.

Minimum Requirements Knowledge:

HR/Training qualification essential
Knowledge of Skills Development, EE , LRA and SAQA legislation and SETA acts
Knowledge of training facilitation, evaluation and moderation
Knowledge of Skills Development act, including WSP/ATR

Skills:
Ability to manage delivery of training
Excellent Negotiation and Communication (written and verbal)

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the business strategy through the alignment of training
Manage Projects, stakeholders, resources and budgets
Responsible for ensuring the transfer of quality training material content, knowledge and skills
Report on all training activities
Understanding of the national qualifications framework and ensure that training standards are maintained and comply with current legislative requirements
Create training schedules and update training material as and when necessary
Evaluation and needs analysis
People Development
Ensure that business and key stakeholders understand the BBBEE scorecard requirements, criteria and consequences if not compliant.
Planning training programs and training initiatives (WSP) that compliment and contribute to the BBBEE scorecard.
Encouraging learnerships and accredited training projects.
Consolidating, preparing and submission of BBBEE verification data.
