My client, a leader in Digital Banking, is looking for experienced Training & Performance Team Leader.
In this role, you will report to the Call Centre Operations Manager and will be responsible for analysing the training and performance needs of the Call Centre and develop training programmes and strategies to optimise performance in the Call Centre ensuring customer service is the differentiator to competitors in the market.
To qualify, you are a South African born citizen with 4 years’ experience in this role within a transactional banking call centre environment. You have a minimum qualification of matric and a completed training qualification.
As a permanent employee you will receive an above market monthly salary with benefits, 13th cheque and additional incentives for top performance. This position is a hybrid model and allows for work at home when you are not in the beautiful corporate office environment.
