Overview
Leading Merger and Acquisitions specialist seeks a driven, motivated Transaction Executive to join their support services team.
The role involves communicating at all levels with both internal and externa stakeholders with the ability to work well
under pressure, meet deadlines and work quickly and efficiently. As one of the main points of contact with clients, confidence and professionalism are essential attributes.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed legal or finance related degree
3 or more years’ experience within a professional services environment
2 or more years professional client liaison experience
Strong MS Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project management and administration ITO mergers and acquisitions of SME entities
Liaise with clients and manage all correspondence
Meeting arrangements and attendance thereof (along with the Leader)
Review commercial agreements
