RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large MANUFACTURING company to source a TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to be based in PINETOWN, Durban.

OUT CLIENT HAS GROWN INTO ONE OF THE BIGGEST MANUFACTURERS OF FURNITURE IN SOUTH AFRICA. WITH MANUFACTURING PARTNERS IN CHINA, VIETNAM AND INDIA.

Applicants should have/be the following:

• Matric certificate.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, an advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Organised and methodical.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Key Performance Areas

• Maintaining an invoice schedule recording all proof of deliveries (PODs) from transporters received and any issues with deliveries
• Alerting necessary staff of issues with deliveries
• Obtaining PODs from transporters within a tight timeframe
• Uploading all PODs onto the server
• Filing PODs and waybills as required

Remuneration:

Approximately R11 000.
