Transport Costing Clerk – Benoni (3 Month temp contract)

To coordinate the administration activities of the workshop functions in the Pre-delivery Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Contracts and Remanufacturing areas.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent and 1-year diploma
Knowledge of Automate Dealer Management Systems
Excel
Understanding of workshop costing processes
1 Years’ experience

Administration
Apply worksheet or R&M authorisation as source document to initiate work
Open job card
Create job card for dealers other than Transport Solutions
Create job card for PDI workshop
Create job card for Reman workshop
Request and obtain parts for Reman and PDI

Coordination / Organisation
Act as central point of contact for Remanufacturing and PDI workshops (internal)
Act as central point of contact between workshops (internal and external) and R&M administration
Act as central point of contact between PDC on request of Reman, PDI and/or R&M

Customer experience
Maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders

Financial
Process invoices for Reman and PDI and R&M (outwork)
Keep Work In Progress to a minimum

Quality
Ensure that PDI and Reman deadlines are met
Adhere to a minimum turnaround time for authorisations
