Preferred Qualification and Knowledge:

Completed Travel Diploma
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Jnr Corporate Travel Consultant role
Course and experience on Amadeus
Technology Driven and Savvy (understanding multiple online booking tools)

Responsibilities will include below and more:

Building relationships with clients
Experience in Leisure Travel
Understanding travel policies and procedures
Destination knowledge
Issuing, reissuing Tickets and Refunds
Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings
Ensuring all vouchers are correctly issued and emailed to the client and supplier
Cost conscious for both business and the client
Knowledge and work on the relevant GDS
GDS Certification
Galileo Efficient
Ensuring all vouchers are correctly issued and emailed to the traveller.
Visa applications and Per diem calculations.
Issue full domestic and multi sector international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
Constant knowledge improvement through training
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
