SHIFT YOUR CAREER - A very prominent Tyre Company needs to appoint a very STRONG Sales Person. Someone with Assistant Management potential. This candidate must be neat, tidy, smart , well-spoken and preferably reside in Paarl or nearby surroundings, to minimize traveling complications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License & Matric is compulsory!
A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant qualification, would be to your advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Experience - 0 to 3 years
Preferred Experience - 2 to 5 years’ external experience/cold calling experience in the Tyre Industry
SALARY:
Basic + Commission = R13 000 to R15 000 - Salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on qualifications and experience.
SKILLS:
• Customer oriented. Target-driven.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans). (Essential
• Computer literate in MS-Office and Outlook to at least Intermediate Level.
• Stable work record essential
• Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
DUTIES:
Service existing customer accounts to ensure customer needs identified are met, customer service excellence is maintain, and to identify and obtain new business. Execute plans to service customers and meet agreed annual sales plan. Implement administrative and procedures to ensure customer needs and standards and procedures are met. Develop and improve customer base and sales. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
