Duties & Responsibilities:
• Understand and ensure compliance with tyre and wheel rim manufacturers’ warranties and policies
• Manage and maintain stock inventory and control
• Maintain safe work environment and enforce all safety requirements
• Manage and maintain sound supplier relations
• Forecast goals and prepare and administer an annual operating budget
• Develop and implement a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Handle all HR matters and monitor staff performance
• Manage sales team in reaching sales targets

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge of iQRetail or similar software would be an advantage
• Appropriate tertiary qualification
• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licence
