• Approval of municipal accounts
• Monthly client meetings and minutes

• Overseeing daily running of the portfolio
• Liaise with tenants and utilities management companies
• Focus on the reduction of energy, water and waste
• Risk mitigation
• Recovery management and optimization
• Tariff optimization
• Developing sustainability strategies

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years administration experience in a Utilities environment
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
• You have a demonstrated utility management skills and ability to drive programs independently
• You use data whenever possible to drive and motivate your decisions
• Strong analytically with the ability to translate data into action planning
• You thrive on making order out of chaos
• Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative and team orientated
• Work independently with little/no direction, but know when to ask for help when needed
