We create products that inspire people to be better. We are looking for a UX Designer who can make the navigation of our products the best experience possible for our clients.

Who We Are:
Integrative Enneagram Solutions (IES) is an innovative developer and provider of Enneagram products for individual, team and organisational development solutions. Our core product is the iEQ9 Enneagram Questionnaire, which is a tool used to help understand human behaviour. It pinpoints your personality structure, core motivations and self-limiting beliefs. Our adaptive, intelligent questionnaire integrates the art and science of self-discovery with cutting-edge technology.

What drives us at IES is understanding what makes people tick. We value knowledge, honesty, connectedness, pioneering, generosity and awesomeness. Our products help people to discover this in themselves, so that they can live more meaningful lives. This is reflected in the way we treat our employees and clients – we make an effort to connect and get to know your authentic self. We’re curious about each other and about learning individually and collectively. We are aware that each of us has different strengths, passions, quirks, and areas of development, and we approach these differences with compassion. If this isn’t enough to keep you stimulated, we have really good coffee and lots of it!

We operate globally, and our product and software development capabilities keep us at the forefront of providing Enneagram solutions to our rapidly growing client base. With an intuitive, easy client experience always in mind, we need a UX Designer to ensure that this is created and built into our products from the word go.

Your Purpose:
The purpose of your role is to envision, design and create meaningful and inspiring User Journeys. These will be informed by your understanding of the behaviour and habits of our clients and your vision of how you can improve their experience with our products.

What You’ll Do:
• Understand our product specifications and empathise with our client’s needs.
• Conceptualise and design user journeys and interactions based on our client’s needs.
• Create and document personas through user research and data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to elicit business and/or functional requirements as it applies to UX designs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Developers to ensure proper implementation.
• Produce illustrated customer experience designs through drawing, digital tools, prototyping or model making, etc. We care more about the quality of the wireframe than the tools you use.
• Provide input to product requirements and software development user stories.
• Define suitable interaction models and evaluate their success.
• Work with UI Designers to implement attractive designs.
• Continuously liaise with developers and sources of product requirements to clarify details of UX designs.

Who You Are:
• A Designer. You have a flair for aesthetics – from strong illustration to documentation skills. You can conceptualise and analyse creative solutions and pay meticulous attention to detail.
• A Client Expert. You see things from the perspective of our clients because you have empathy and their experience matters to you. You get to the core of their needs and hopes, and implement this in your design.
• A Communicator. You have a track record of building high trust relationships with high influence. You’re team oriented, which is necessary given the need for close collaboration with the development team. You also happen to have an excellent sense of humour.
• A Problem-Solver. You tackle problems with creativity and innovation. You’re resilient to challenges and comfortable with ambiguity. You think about the importance of our product to the client, not just how it will be delivered.
• A Curious Learner. You are passionate and enquiring about the fast-growing world of User Experience. This means you’re willing to go the extra mile to keep up to date with industry trends and discover new ways to make our products better.

Your Background:
• MASTERS OR DEGREE IN A DESIGN DISCIPLINE
(e.g. product industrial, service, interaction, digital or visual design) or a related field of study.
• 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as a UX Designer.
• DEMONSTRABLE UX DESIGN SKILLS WITH A STRONG PORTFOLIO of design projects.
• FAMILIARITY WITH INTERACTION DESIGN and information architecture.
• CURIOUS AND UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LATEST UX TRENDS, techniques, and technologies.

BONUS POINTS:
• Experience in working within an Agile/Scrum methodology environment.
• A basic understanding of Software Development.
