VACANCIES – 2 x BOOKKEEPERS IN PLETTENBERG BAY
• The Candidates must have a Grade 12 Certificate and Experiences in a Financial Department.
• Minimum 2yrs experience in a Financial Environment.
• Have computer experiences on Financial Software Packages: Excel/Sage & Pastel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well individually and in the team.
• Reliability and trustworthiness are essential.
• Be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Must have accommodation and own transport in Plettenberg Bay.
• Present Month End Procedures, Balance Bank Statements and be able to do books up to Trial Balance.
• Full Function Cashbook Reconciliations experiences are required.
• Capturing and matching of Invoices and do reconciliations.
• Be able to enter computer entries fast and accurate and do VAT calculations.
According to qualification and experience.
