Our busy automotive dealer client based in Pomona is looking to employ an experienced Vehicle Stock Controller/Invoice Clerk
Must have 5 years' experience in the automotive industry.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Allocating of vehicles to fleet stock / then to rental companies. Ensuring exact quantity/colour distribution amongst the different regions, as per rental agreement.
2. Requesting Manufacturer certificates & certifying the certificates.
3. Invoicing, crediting of new vehicles
4. Distribution of the manufacturer certificates timeously to either the rental companies or holding company's licensing person to ensure that the licensing process is not held up.
5. Ensuring rental companies receive Invoices & POD’s
6. Liaising with the Freight Company to ensure that vehicles reach the PDI dealership timeously.
7. Ensuring that a continuous flow of vehicles to the PDI dealerships are delivered and fetched thus preventing the dealership from being overstocked with PDI’s.
8. Constant contact with the PDI dealers once they have received the vehicles to ensure the PDI is completed on time.
9. Requesting 2nd transport on Autoline/Kerridge
10. Ensuring that you receive POD’s from the Freight company & incorporating it onto our spreadsheets to obtain delivery dates to the rental companies.
11. Opening new location codes on the Autoline/Kerridge system.
12. Monitoring the Autoline system to ensure the vehicles are moving down the grid.
13. Assist dealers with queries
14. Once fleet vehicles are licensed ensuring number plates are made up timeously and they are dispatched to the relevant dealers to PDI the vehicles.
15. General administration relating to fleet rental vehicles.
16. Natis Release for all fleet rental vehicles.
17. Fleet Claim submissions
18. Issuing order for fitment, fuel etc
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry,
2. Autoline & SPL experience
3. Attention to detail
4. Highly proficient in Excel
5. Matric
