Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management of the appointment/booking-in process
• Preparation for the completion of work
• Monitoring the vehicle repair/maintenance process
• Completing hand-over of vehicles and follow-up with customers
• Management of the process to ensure CSI
• Adhere to Dealer Standards

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Computer literate (Experience using Evolve or Kerridge advantageous)
• Proven experience in a Vehicle Service Advisor position essential (Toyota advantageous)
• The ability to multi-task as well as good administration and organisational skills
• Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to work in a team and independently
