A leading company in the Manufacturing sector is seeking a VIP Wage Clerk. Some of the duties of the position will include: wage input Complete the inputting of time sheets and/or attendance, processing systems which interfaces with payroll, verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records, follow up on queries with regards to normal time worked, input the relevant information for the payment of overtime worked, process Garnishee Orders as per the required procedures; monitor information on employees to ensure accurate and up to date Refer queries on staff records to the Payroll Administrator, Issue pay slips to employees, handle queries from employees on wages paid; and maintain an accurate and current filing system of required information related to wages and salaries in area of operation.
