VRF Sales Engineer - Johannesburg

The Sales Engineer is a key role in expanding our VRF footprint, reporting to the Sales Manager.
You will be based in Isando and lead the growth of our market share with your Sales team in the region for the VRF portfolio among our present and target consultant network.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for the region.


As a VRF Sales Engineer, you will use your in-depth knowledge of VRF products; design VRF; chase, qualify and close new product sales opportunities and expansion of the existing consultant network and create new customers to improve and assure the results, making periodical visits to the consulting engineers. You will manage and maintain the relationships/channels you build from concept and contractual negotiations through implementation and product delivery while evaluating existing market coverage and opportunity and developing plans for each channel to maximize product sales.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

Qualifications

Required
Degree from relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in designing & selling VRF
Proven development and growth of consultant
Proven ability in developing and delivering sales activities and market growth for new customers
Tireless results-driven, strong sales drive, and hunter mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Ability to travel
Preferred
Experienced in using Salesforce
