Warehouse Admin Procurement Assistant Midrand
Medical Warehouse in Midrand is looking for a Mature Warehouse | Procurement Assistant. The position is a contract position that can grow into a permanent position. Basic R15 000 negotiable depending on experience.
Duties:
Administration tasks including filing of documents, preparation of waybills, printing of labels
co-ordination with Despatch and Receiving Depts within the warehouse as well as with couriers and clearing agent
Receiving of incoming customers
Processing of Credit Card Payments from Customers
Assisting with receipt of and input of stock and general stock control
Participation in stock counts
Co-ordinating with internal sales people
Person will occupy an office in our warehouse.
Requirements:
Non-Smoker
No criminal record
Minimum of Matric preferably Diploma Logistics / Warehousing
Preferably have experience in Medical & Laboratory Industry
Mature person 45 years old or over with similar work experience – min 10 years
Team Oriented with good problem-solving skills and flexible to handle any required tasks.
Work Unsupervised and be accountable for work
Experience on SAGE EVOLUTION PACKAGE | SAGE PASTEL
Software Literate in EXCEL and WORD
Familiar with Incoterms
Familiar with statutory documentation required for Import / Exporting of goods
Experience with Procurement from International Suppliers
Preferably worked in ISO environment
