We have a vacancy available for a Warehouse Controller at the Contermanskloof office. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all hardware and media are picked accurately, packed and distributed to the relevant stakeholders on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct items are picked from the applicable business unit's stock as per the packing and distribution list and/or requisition
• Wrap and pack parcels according to standard operating procedures
• Distribute items to the relevant stakeholders on time
• Quotations and waybills to be completed with relevant information
• Receiver to be informed of the number of parcels, waybill number and which stock can be expected to arrive by which date
• Conduct regular stock-takes
• Ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and clean according to the cleaning schedule

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum of 2 years' warehousing experience
• Forklift license advantageous
• Computer Literacy (MS Office at basic level)
