Warehouse Manager – GERMISTON
Manufacturing company looking for a Warehouse Manager, preferable with steel industry background, and availability to work SHIFTS.

• Managing the Warehouse operations
• Maintain and improve Logistics in the plant
• Planning and monitoring the shift loading processes
• Assist with stock take
• OHS act appointee as Incident Investigator and Health and Safety Coordinator
• Handle HR / IR issues on the shift
• Managing staff time cards on Kronos
• Liaison with transporters, suppliers and customers
• Manage expenses on shift in line with the budget

Qualifications / Experience
• Min Grade 12 with a strong technical knowledge
• Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook & SAP
• Min 5 Years Warehouse/ Logistic management experience - preferable in the steel industry
• Sound knowledge of the OHS act
• Strong methodical approach towards operations
• Strong leadership skills
• Code 14 Drivers License – advantageous
• Skills – Communication/ Problems-solving/ Planning/ Change-Management/ Conflict handling Skills
