Warehouse Manager position available at company located in Killarney Gardens, Racing Park.

JOB OVERVIEW:
• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse. This implies distribution and inventory management.
• The position reports directly to the Director, Regional Manager
• To manage the operations of the warehouse and provide a support service to the business in order to increase efficiency and decrease financial loss.

DUTIES:
• Managing of Warehouse team
• Receiving and dispatching of stock (physically & capturing on system)
• Conducting cycle counts and stock take
• Monitoring space and tracking stock levels
• Identifying and recording of damaged stock
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manager stock control and reconciliation

RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Executing and controlling all activities relating to the effective, efficient and accurate controlling of stock and warehouse staff
• Manage the accurate receiving of stock and distribution within the warehouse
• Manage the accurate Dispatching of Stock
• Ensure the company assets are correctly maintained, serviced and controlled
• Manage all duties and tasks relating to the picking, packing and checking of orders, ensuring efficient and accurate picking, packing and checking
• Implement and manage daily/weekly cycle counts
• Implement and manage minimum of 4 stock takes per annum
• Manage processes to ensure minimum stock variances
• Working with Regional Manager to draft and keep duty roster up to date
• Ensure all company vehicles and or assets are correctly maintained, serviced and controlled
• Control fuel consumption of vehicles
• Customer service levels for collection and delivery orders are maintained
• Control and ensure that all PODs are received and scanned
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to

Monday to Friday from 07:30am to 5:30pm.
