Waterkloof, Pretoria: SENIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional individual (male preferred)
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (first & second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bcompt or Financial Management Degree and SAIPA/SAICA article completed A MUST
-Registered as a professional accountant
-3 to 5 years Financial Management and Accounting work experience
-Independently functional
-Good grasp of Business Financial management, Tax and accounting practices
-Experience in Xero advantageous
-Advanced computer software skills
-Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
-Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
-Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential information
-Ability to provide a high level of support to the Directors with financial planning
-Excellent communication skills
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full accounting/financial management functions for fuel wholesale company
-Trial Balance
-Stock Control (Fuel)
-Bank Recons
-Preparation of Financial Statements
-Debtors and Creditors and reconciliations
-Reconciliation of Management Accounts
-VAT
-Payroll
-Budgeting
-Preparation for financial year end and Audits
-Departmental Reports
-Business financial management & BEE audits
-Independent Review
-Cash flow forecasts and other financial reporting as required
-Submission of IT12, IT12TR, IT14, IT14SD returns, Dividends Tax calculation and submission, Provisional Tax Calculation and submission and other SARS related returns or matters if needed
-Liaising with clients
-Any other financial related tasks when required
-Work unsupervised when dealing with tasks; while communicating queries as needed
-Provide a high level of support to the Directors with financial planning
-Maintain clear and accurate financial records with diligence
-Improving existing processes and financial reporting
Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
