Responsibilities:
Developing front-end website architecture and maintain multiple websites across different domains via FTP and CMS
Develop back-end website applications
Creating servers and databases for functionality
Manage the ongoing development and improvement of websites
Designing user interactions on web pages
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
Meeting both technical and consumer needs
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
Understanding of SharePoint for Intranet and PHPMyAdmin for MySQL databases
Develop online strategies and assist with the development and implementation of the digital plan
Produce and deploy HTML email campaigns and newsletters
Optimise content for search engines and lead generation
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our online presence
Explore new ways to engage and identify with the target audience
Track, measure and analyse all initiatives and manage monthly reports

Requirements:
Matric
Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology/Website development with proven working experience in the creative industry
2 + years developing websites
Code EB valid driver’s license and own transport is required - must have a trustworthy vehicle and be willing to use it for work purposes
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must be able to work after hours at times
Up to date with the latest trends and changes in the digital landscape
