• Qualification in web design and/or Web Master and administration - (preferred)
• Adobe Muse experience – (advantage)

• 5 – 10 years’ experience in Website Management – A – Z
• Knowledge and experience in CMS
• Experience in the Fintech or eCommerce industry – (advantage)
• Basic understanding of how CSS and JS relate to SEO

Web Manager Essential Functions
• Ensure website functionality
• Content Management – add, remove and update websites content, including graphics, animation and functionality
• Appropriate use of tools and solutions for the web content management (CMS)
• Continuous update of the platforms with accurate and reliable business information
• Adhere to statutory requirements, best practices and standards
• Ensure accuracy with content feeding into websites
• Test compatibility of web applications across all platforms
• Maintain component versions across web applications
• Collaboration – identify, build and nurture trust and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with designer/s, content creators (Online Manager), developers etc.
• SEO monitoring, management and strategy (analyse traffic) in collaboration with Online Manager and analyse search channels and develop strategy with Online Manager to develop strategy to optimize and drive more traffic and conversions; responsible in conjunction with Online Manager for keywords and landing pages and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (monitor, assess and report on website performance)
• Conducting pre-live optimization and audits for new website launches
• Keeping up to date on industry changes and best practices (such as algorithm updates)
