We are looking for a Workshop Controller for a Renowned Motor Dealership in Port Elizabeth.

Purpose of Position:
To provide effective technical and specialist support to staff, whilst ensuring a high quality service delivery to customers.

Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literate
Driver’s license
Qualified Mechanic
Motor Dealership workshop experience
1 year supervisory experience

Key Performance Areas:
Plan workshop production for according to productive and available staff
Attend to escalated workshop (technical) problems accordingly
Evaluate all serviced vehicles (technical) and assist in ordering parts
Maintain good housekeeping within department
Staff supervision and management
Manage training of all service staff etc.

Salary: R18 000 – R23 000 per month + Incentives, Medical Aid and Provident Fund
