The applicant must have the following Competencies, Skills and Personal Attributes :

Qualified Technician for a minimum of 5 years
Workshop Foreman for a minimum of 2 years

Matric
Code 08 drivers licence
Excellent planning, organising and control skills
Systematic
Effective Time Management
Assertiveness skills
Good interpersonal relationships and able to deal with customers on an executive level
Works well under pressure
Pro-active and Customer centric
