ZULU & ENGLISH-SPEAKING DEBT REVIEW INBOUND CALL CENTRE SALES CONSULTANT

Answer incoming calls from consumers and return appointments calls, which was set by outbound sales agents, to assist with queries regarding their personal financial position and level of debt, management of debt, application for debt review, credit health options. Secure new applications for Debt Review and credit health applications

Permanent, full time position
Location: Brooklyn, Pretoria East, Gauteng
Salary:
Basic salary, subject to level of experience and qualification.
Less than 2 years call centre experience, R4500 basic
Between 2-5 years’ experience R6500 basic
More than 5 years’ experience R8500 basic
Qualifications earn additional R500 per month on basic, i.e. level of qualification
Commission on restructuring fee of new application after receipt of payment
• 0-10 Application = 0% = Monthly desk fee
• 10-20 Application = 15%
• 21 + applications = 20%

DESCRIPTION OF TASK
Answer / return calls and respond to emails
Handle consumer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Route calls to appropriate resource, when applicable
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
Describe products and services
Respond to questions
Identify and overcome objections
Take the customer through the sales process
Obtain customer information
Obtain possible customer leads
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Follow up on initial contacts
Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Matric or equivalent
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Debt review procedures and processes
Call centre experience in the financial or debt review industries, minimum 3 years
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Proficient in Afrikaans, English, Zulu, Tswana, Xhosa, Sotho
Working in a customer service environment, with knowledge of sales principles and methods
Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology
Good data entry and typing skills
Proven track record of sales
