I am currently a project manager at a company whereby we build, maintain and update multiple eLearning courses for international clients. Previously I managed the Capacity Building Programme at the City of Cape Town. My responsibility in this role included the design and implementation of various workshops for the internship programme of the City; implementing a monitoring and evaluation component to the programme, as well as the facilitating the management of partnering companies that aid in facilitation of workshops. As a dynamic project manager with over 13 years of experience in training and development in both corporate and academic industry I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to the team. I have expertise in aligning training programmes with internal client policy, procedures, and internal controls. I am committed to delivering the highest level of customer service, having been continually recognized my exceptional ability to engage audiences facilitating maximum programme effectiveness as well as being able to communicate technical concepts and processes to clients in a non-technical manner. I also need to develop, update and upload training content on a continuous basis. My career goals are to provide enhancement to existing structures; to offer meaningful contributions; to learn and acquire new knowledge and grow within the organization. I would bring along a fresh confident approach and welcome every challenge I am faced with, according to my full capacity. Other than my aforementioned ability and skillset, I encompass emotional intelligence and strength. My intellectual capability can be easily increased, as I am a fast learner, always willing to learn and know, will seek an answer until I find it.
