I am an experienced analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the agricultural and biological industry. I am a registered seed analyst with 5 years of experience performing quality testing and investigations in accordance with the International Rules for Seed Testing. I thrived in a fast-paced lab environment working well alone and within a dynamic team. I am a detail-orientated, versatile and proactive lab worker with a high work ethic and a focus on quality over quantity. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Botany (with Geography) with distinction and have an educational background in seed science, laboratory sampling and analyst training courses. My years of experience in the hands-on lab environment as well as field work have broadened my knowledge of lab work and enabled me to perform my duties in a punctual and accurate manner, leaving me with a desire to learn more and be part of a lab’s growth. I have been able to take the next step in my long-term vision by relocating to the Western Cape from Johannesburg to further my laboratory career in biology and agriculture in a new environment.
