My name is Anschia Pauw and I am a motivated and considerate individual offering a deep passion for kids. Besides that, I possess excellent communication and organizational skills. On top of my key qualities, I worked as an Au Pair within Cultural Care Au Pair for one year. To describe some of my other daily duties, I: Prepared and served daily meals, maintained the household and kept the children's rooms clean. Played with children, drove them to and from school, helped with their homework, and worked closely and communicated with parents to ensure that their needs were met. Coordinated various activities, resolved any problematic issues, and assisted kids in the development of fundamental learning skills. Performed multiple other duties as required by parents.
