After seven years, I left the banking world and started a career working with financial software. I worked on various projects which took me to Botswana, Durban, and Cape Town. While in Cape Town I completed a Bookkeeping diploma. I returned to Johannesburg and worked for an International Pharmaceutical company where I assisted with their SAP implementation and was offered a permanent position in their finance department. While working in the finance department, I was approached by the Sales Director and persuaded to move into Sales. I completed the two months of training and was posted to East London to develop the Eastern Cape region which I did with great success. Due to family commitments, I moved back to Johannesburg. I was given an opportunity to work in sales, in the Steel Industry. I excelled in the industry but unfortunately was retrenched once and with the threat of a second retrenchment, I moved into 3D Printing. My last position in the steel industry was as a Sales Manager at Macsteel. I have enjoyed my experience with 3D Printing. I have been exposed to a number of industries. I especially enjoyed working with the Universities.
