I have a degree in Strategic Marketing Communications, a business administration (NQF level 4) as well as a tefl certificate. I have worked as a customer service consultant and most recently an operations specialist for a financial company. . My experience at both the University and the work place has fostered a sense of responsibility within me. I am a hardworking individual who takes pride in being very efficient and innovative. I work professionally and aim to deliver creative and neat standards in everything I do. I work very well around people and enjoy interactions with the people around me.
