I have been in the corporate environment for over 15 years working for both local and international engineering/mining companies. I have extensive experience in all office administrative tasks, office management, bookkeeping, debtor and creditor management, marketing, tender compilation etc. Over the years I have coordinated projects and liaised with clients on a daily basis. In my most recent position, I was employed to open a branch office of Ground Africa Consulting Engineers, in East London. The head office is in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal. I have been working remotely for Ground Africa for over a year handling all the company’s administrative, accounting, marketing, project coordination work, travel arrangements, report and proposal formatting and editing, liaising with clients, debt collecting, client account reconciliations, etc. I dealt with both local and international clients as Ground Africa worked throughout Africa and the Seychelles. I have recently gained some experience on Google AdWords campaigns advertising for Ground Africa. I thoroughly enjoyed this aspect of marketing and am planning to continue studying Digital Marketing to improve my skills in this area. Earlier in my career I gained 5 years of valuable experience in the warehousing and distribution industry. I was responsible for assisting the warehouse manager with stock control and reconciliation. I liaised with clients on a regular basis with regards to their stock and sorting out losses/excesses. I was also responsible for processing of debtors, creditors and COD payments. I am friendly, diplomatic person and have professional manner with whom all I deal with. I work hard and am an adaptable individual who can use innovated ways to solve problems. I am a non-antagonistic, eager, a good communicator with attention to detail. I am quite suited to working on my own but also work well in a team.
