Chris is an industrial engineer with a professional background in management and strategy consulting, finance, and operational improvement. He is a director at an economic and strategy consulting firm, which he joined in 2019. He started his career with Deloitte as an intern in the Financial Services Industry practice. Thereafter he moved to Absa, where he worked across several of the bank’s African subsidiaries, enhancing customer experience through operational efficiency, process reengineering, digitization, and automation. Before joining Nova, he was an analyst at a boutique private equity firm, responsible for financial and operational due diligence, equity and securities valuation, and the assessment of deal structures and funding models. He excels at quantitative analysis, market research, financial modelling, and industry benchmarking, which he applies primarily to various policy and the financial services, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
