I enjoy helping people - fixing/solving problems for them; and helping them become sufficiently proficient to solve their own problems. I have over thirty (30) years of corporate experience working in IT and Messaging Administration which includes 3rd Level End User Experience Support. Prior to that I worked as a Programmer, a Training Officer, as well as a Claims Adjuster for a Life Assurance company. Because this is my most recent role, I would like to bring value to clients using Email and Collaboration products and services from the years of experience I have had in South Africa and globally. However, I am also available to provide support and services in End User Experience from the years of experience I have had in South Africa and globally. I have years of experience working with products like: 1. HCL (preciously IBM) Notes/Domino and Application Development products, including email, deploying and administering Lotus Notes/Domino servers, applications and client software in South Africa and globally. 2.
