I graduated in January 2018 with a diploma in Logistics and Supply chain Management. I also obtained my NQF4 in Marketing and I’m currently studying towards my Degree in Supply Chain Management. I would like to gain experience in the Supply Chain department as I have a few areas within the industry that I lack experience in. Throughout my career I found the process in the background which produces a finished product the most interesting, my experience in the South African Air force is what fueled my passion for this Industry. My internship at Mix Telematics included reading reports, analyzing data, contacting customers to arrange for fitment, tracking and tracing the technicians to make sure they are heading to their appointments and giving regular updates to my Manager as well as dealing with customer queries. I then moved on to my role of stock controller within my Learnership in this role I did stock Management, picking and packing stock, managing returns, transferring stock on the system to make sure stock physically and on the system matches. I also assisted in the procurement department creating purchase orders, sourcing suppliers and liaising with customers and suppliers regarding delivery of goods and providing assistance with queries. In addition, I feel my vast knowledge of the Industry and my Skills obtained in my previous roles will make me a great fit for the position. I am aware of the hard work that is required of the role. I am ready to dedicate myself the same way that I committed myself to my Learnership and studying my Degree.
