I am currently employed at Sanlam Head Office Bellville as a Tel Interviewer in the underwriting SPF division. My regular administration duties included creating and maintaining all the filing in the HR department, Archiving and retrieving documentation from document warehouse, Inquiring telephonically or via email on any information needed for external training, Doing research on required topics, Receiving, checking and the distribution of all the departments stationary, Reception duties (e.g. working on a switchboard, taking messages, booking meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms, doing different research on the internet as per managers request and receiving various outside clientele) Within my current HR administrative duties, my qualification and my time period at Environ I believe I am the best candidate for this position. I was nominated employee of the year in the HR department during my time at Environ Skin Care.
