Esona is a registered candidate engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and an associate member of the South Africa Institution of Civil Engineering (AMSAICE). He has gained experience in the civil infrastructure industry. A significant project in which he has been involved includes the emergency reconstruction of the Hunslett river bridge. As a young structural engineer, he was appointed a RE for this project. His role was site monitoring and supervision. Esona has also gained experience in technical structural design and maintenance, project procurement, project admin & management. Esona is a highly motivated, hard-working young engineer with full energy and a desire to contribute to the industry and solve problems for society.
