Harma Motsi has over 17 years’ experience in IT industry, where 7 years has been in the Business Analysis, 3 years in System Testing and 7 years in the Networks space in the banking and petroleum industry. Harma Motsi has worked with the business owners, system developers and IT managers; researching new developments and enhancements of business processes. During these years, he has gained enormous experience in gathering information and integrating it into the IT systems. Harma is extremely proficient in performing extensive complex analysis of business needs, planning and designing of business processes. He has a vast experience in illustrating process analysis aid, developing workflow procedures for integrating and automating solutions and he performed quality assurance for existing and new products. He worked closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, and stuff to understand the requirements and specifications for a new application along with re-engineering of existing applications. He has excellent writing skills in preparing business requirements documents (BRDs), system requirements specification (SRS); systems design specification (SDS), functional specifications, and defining project plans. He has hands on experience with JBM Rational software integrated tools like Requisite Pro for requirement management, Jira and Confluence. In-depth knowledge of RUP’s Interactive Software Development Life Cycle process (SDLC) at all stages. He has given successful and effective (JAD) sessions to clients to gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops site visits and surveys. He has conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verifying performance, reliability and fault tolerance issues familiar with testing tools to design and develop test plans.
